Reservations for dormitory beds,guest rooms,and conference hall booking can be made through our website or directly via our contact details.
As per Government of India rules it is mandatory for all Indian guests have to present valid photo ID. And all non Indian guests should submit the original Passport and Visa at the time of arrival. Without a valid ID guests will not be allowed to check-in. In case of a no show or cancellation of guaranteed reservations in the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charge for the entire stay.
Reservations require payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted methods outlined on the website.
A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the nature of the reservations(guest room, dormitory or Conference-Hall).
Rates are subjected to change based on availability, seasons, or special offers, but will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Applicable taxes and service charges will be added to the final bill.
100% of the total will be refunded if the booking gets cancelled before 10 days.
50% of the total will be refunded if the booking gets cancelled in between 3 to 10 days.
100% retention charges applicable for No shows and for the confirmed booking being cancelled before 72 hours.
Mode of payment would be by bank transfer and it would be done within 15 days after the cancellation is done.
